Our Government office areas are normally used for:
- Tender evaluations
- Temporary accommodation during renovations/ refurbishments
- Short term mission/project teams
- Start up teams/divisions
- Emergency / business continuity
We have two secure areas available:
- Open plan 1 for 13 people inc 2 exec suites
- Open plan 2 for 7 people inc 1 exec suite
The two secure areas can be joined together to serve teams up to 20 officers.
For teams larger than 20 officers Government agencies can also allocate additional individual serviced offices.
Serron can service a maximum of 70 people.
Security is achieved by:
- Secure and restricted accommodation throughout the centre
- Use of magnetic passes
- Front desk security
- Visitor sign in procedures
- Visitor escorting
