DEFINITIONS:

In this agreement the following terms are defined as follows:
"Premises" means The Serron CyberCentre common/shared business areas
"Normal Business Hours" means 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
"Month" or "Monthly" means a full calendar month - from the first to the last day of each month
"N/A" means Not Applicable
"Extra" means that additional costs apply
"Applies" means that the service or clause applies to the selected type of virtual office licence

The licensee wishes to make use of a virtual office at Serron CyberCentre and the licensor agrees to provide this service to the licensee under the following terms and conditions :

GRANT OF VIRTUAL OFFICE LICENCE

This licence grants the licensee access to the following services and facilities during normal business hours and in accordance to the type of virtual office licence (1-6) that is selected by the licensee below.

TYPE OF VIRTUAL OFFICE LICENCE

TYPE 3: GOLD VIRTUAL OFFICE:  TELEPHONE ANSWERING + VIRTUAL ADDRESS

 

Services or facilities to be provided

 

Telephone Answering Service:
Allocation of one of Serron's telephone numbers

  • The allocated Serron telephone number to service the needs of the selected virtual office remains the property of the licensor at all times.
  • All calls to this number will be answered by Serron's reception as:
  • All messages taken will be emailed to the following email address:

Fax Service:

    All faxes addressed to the virtual office under this licence will be scanned and emailed to the nominated email address at 25c per page inc GST.
  • This fax number remains property of the licensor at all times.

Virtual Business Address:
1st floor, Serron CyberCentre, 12 Albany Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609

  • The licensee can use Serron's business address as the licensee's company address.
  • This address remains the property of the licensor at all times.

Virtual Postal Address:

PO Box 258, Fyshwick, ACT 2609
  • The licensee can use Serron's PO Box as the licensee's company PO Box.
  • This PO Box remains the property of the licensor at all times.
  • All postal mail arriving at Serron's for the licensee will be forwarded to the following postal address.

Licence renewal/termination:

  • This licence is a monthly licence and gets automatically renewed upon payment of all outstanding fees.
  • Provided that the licensee is financial at the end of each month, this licence will be automatically extended for another month on the last day of each month.
  • Either party can terminate this licensee by giving a minimum of 30-day notice in writing.
  • All licences begin on the first day of each month and finish on the last day of the same month.

Responsibilities of the Licensor:

  • The licensor will provide the licensee with a tax invoice for the monthly licence fee and accumulated costs, if any.
  • The licensor will provide all services requested under this licence on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities of the Licensee:
  • The licensee will not use or connect Serron's name, brand, premises, reputation, phone numbers, internet connection or address to:
    • pornographic, offensive or misleading material
    • illegal activities
    • fraud
    • activities against the national interest and safety of Australia

    as this will immediately terminate this licence without notice and enforce a $50,000 fine to the licensee. All such activity will also be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • The licensee will pay all monthly invoices and fees during the last week of each month. Failure to do so will terminate this licence on the last day of the month.
  • A late payment fee of 3% per month will be charged to all overdue amounts
